2006 1200 Roadster charging issue new battery & regulator still not holding charge

I hope someone out there has dealt with this issue before. So, my 2006 1200 Sportster Roadster is giving me a bit of a headache it just won't hold a charge. I've checked the stator, and it's cranking out the right voltage. I even swapped out the regulator for a new one, and the battery is fresh too. But still, I'm only getting about 13 volts at the battery, and it drains way too quickly.

I'm scratching my head here. Is there anything else I should be looking into? I'd really appreciate any advice or insights.

You've done something, next place I'd look is your wiring harness, check all the grounds, the frame and engine block and make sure they're clean and tight or you could just use a multimeter to test for power draw from somewhere, could be something as flimsy as a stuck relay or shorted wire

Why do you think the voltage is dropping so quickly even with all the main components...stator, regulator, and battery, checking out fine?
