2018 Sportster 883 oil drain error

I did a lot for my Sportster already, and the maintenance is all DIY. I'm just not sure what I did now. Why did I do this problem, something like that. Imagine, for someone who was able to adjust the rear shock on my own, did oil changes couple times, and routinely checked the brake pads... I did something really stupid. I drained the oil without replacing the plug so a gallon gone to waste. This is just a reminder for you not to do the same thing. Please. It's quite costly.

Dang, that sucks! Have you ever had one of those "what was I thinkin'?" moments mid-wrench, or is this the first real facepalm with your Sporty?

Oof, that hurts but its alright we've all had our moments in the garage but at least you caught it before firing up the bike, could've been a lot worse, thanks for the heads up, seriously
