I got this '20 Iron 1200 and it may have been an anomaly of some sorts because the battery died not long after getting it, or I guess since I got it secondhand I should have expected that already. But I didn't, because the first owner said they just replaced it to an OEM battery so I got nothing to worry about.
Well, it died in the middle of a city ride, thankfully not an expressway one. So what I did was use my charger on it because I thought, aren't all batteries rechargeable? I made it worse. Apparently, you're not supposed to do that. So again, while in the middle of a ride, it died and I almost got into an accident.
Question, is my battery beyond repair now? I checked and it's really OEM but I might have ruined it for the worst.
