want to buy repair manual for harley davidson sportster

Imma get myself a repair manual for my Sportster. Any thoughts on whether the Clymer or Haynes manual is the way to go? Which one's easier to use?

Also, what about those cheapo ignition coils on eBay? Are they worth a shot, or should I just stick with a name brand I know? What do you think?

The Clymer is often easier to follow with clear instructions and photos but the Harley factory manual is the gold standard if you want the most detailed info. As for ignition coils stick with a trusted brand to avoid headaches down the road. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

I got mine free. Searched "Harley Davidson Sportster 1986-2003 Service Manual" and I was able to get it from Google docs for free. It's like 637 pages long.
